How Do You Get in Contact with Uber Eats Directly?

I donโt even know what else to do at this point. I am so beyond frustrated with Uber Eats right now. You cannot get a human being on the phone to save your life. Everything they do is through that app, and let me tell you, the app is absolutely no help when youโre dealing with a real problem. I had an order come through tonight, and as soon as the driver dropped it off, I noticed that I was missing several of my items. Not one or two, but a few things that I paid for. I stood there in disbelief because I couldnโt even call anyone to straighten it out.
Uber Eats doesnโt give you any real customer service number to contact. You canโt call, you canโt chat with a live person, and the โHelpโ section in the app just sends you through a bunch of useless links and pre-written messages that donโt address your issue. I tried tapping every single option, and all it did was take me in circles. It feels like they make it almost impossible for you to actually reach someone when you have a missing item, cold food, or anything else that needs attention.
At this point, I just want to know: How do you actually talk to Uber Eats directly? Does anyone know a number or a method that really works? Iโve seen people online claim thereโs a support line, but I canโt find one that connects to an actual person.
I donโt think itโs fair that weโre spending our hard-earned money on food delivery, and then when something goes wrong, thereโs no real customer service available. I shouldnโt have to jump through hoops for something as simple as reporting missing items. This has happened more than once now, and Iโm starting to lose my patience. If anybody has a reliable way to contact them โ even if itโs an email or direct line โ please share it. This is ridiculous!
Another thing Amazon is struggling with is saturation. There are too many sellers, too many low-quality listings, and too much noise. Customers have to scroll through sponsored products, knockoffs, and confusing listingsโฆ
Caroline, girl, I completely understand your frustration because Iโve been right there with you. Uber Eats makes it feel impossible to reach a real person when something goes wrong. I had the same exact issue โ a missing drink and side order โ and I went through that endless โHelpโ loop in the app that never actually connects you with anyone human. Itโs beyond aggravating when you spend your money and canโt even talk to someone about it.
Hereโs what I finally figured out: thereโs actually a customer service number, but they donโt make it easy to find. Try calling 1-800-253-9377. Itโs Uberโs main support line, and if you follow the prompts carefully, you can usually get through to someone who handles Uber Eats issues. You can also go to their website at help.uber.com, then click Uber Eats โ Orders โ Missing or wrong items, and at the bottom of that page thereโs sometimes a โContact Supportโ or โChatโ option that connects you directly to a representative (if theyโre available).
Another tip โ if you rate your order poorly and mention โmissing items,โ that sometimes triggers a quicker refund or response through the app. I know itโs not perfect, but thatโs the best way Iโve gotten actual help when their support seems hidden.
Youโre not overreacting at all. Itโs ridiculous that they make paying customers chase them around for something so simple. Hopefully that number works for you โ and if it doesnโt, at least know youโre not the only one fighting with this nonsense.
