I just had to get on here and talk about something that’s been heavy on my heart. Recently, Cardi B has been in full rollout mode for her upcoming album, Am I The Drama? Now, I know some people are excited for the music, but when I really looked at what’s being said, and even more so what’s being shown, it gave me chills. This is something we cannot stay quiet about as believers in Christ.
First off, the imagery alone is telling. The album cover has this eerie, unsettling look to it. And then there’s the use of crows—a bird that has long been seen as a symbol of death. To take it even further, during Paris Couture Week, Cardi walked into the Schiaparelli show with an actual live crow attached to her outfit. Saints, if that’s not a message in itself, I don’t know what is.
But what shook me most was hearing Cardi’s own words in her Apple Music interview with Zane Lowe. She admitted that the dark “energy” of her new album comes from “something dying inside” her. Do y’all hear that? Not speculation, not gossip, but from her own mouth. If that doesn’t line up with what we’ve been saying about the music industry being infiltrated by darkness, then I don’t know what will.
The Enemy’s Plan at Work
The Bible is clear: “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life and have it to the full” (John 10:10). Right now, we are watching the enemy’s plan unfold before our very eyes. So many celebrities—people with influence, platforms, and millions of followers—are being used as tools to spread despair, confusion, and godless living.
It’s no secret that people have speculated for years that the Illuminati or other dark forces are at work in the music industry. While some laugh it off as conspiracy theories, when an artist openly admits that their music is coming from a place of death inside of them, how much more confirmation do we need? Something dark is influencing these celebrities, and it’s pulling them further away from the light of God.
This is why we’ve been crying out for people to wake up. Music is spiritual. The words, the visuals, the energy—it all carries something. And unfortunately, what’s being poured into our young people through much of today’s mainstream music is not life, not joy, not hope, but darkness.
The Danger for the Next Generation
This is especially urgent for our young people. They’re the ones on TikTok repeating these lyrics, internalizing these messages, and shaping their worldview around celebrities who are clearly struggling spiritually. When songs talk about lust, violence, pride, and despair, and when artists themselves admit to carrying death inside, we should not be surprised at the depression, anxiety, and lost identity so many of our youth are dealing with.
The world has nothing to offer them but temporary thrills that lead to destruction. That’s why we have to remind them daily: there is only one true future, and it’s in Christ Jesus. He alone gives life and hope. “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” (Mark 8:36).
A Call to Prayer for Celebrities
But here’s the beautiful thing: no one is too far gone. Just like Saul became Paul, just like the prodigal son came home, Cardi B and every other celebrity wrapped up in darkness can find new life in Christ. And that’s why we pray—not to tear down, not to condemn, but to intercede.
I love that Kingdom Influence Media has become a place where we can gather together, uplift, and cover these celebrities in prayer. Because at the end of the day, they’re people just like us—broken, searching, and in need of a Savior. We don’t know the battles they face behind closed doors, but we know God sees them. And if He could reach us, He can reach them.
Let’s be clear: our role as Christians isn’t just to call out the darkness, but also to speak life into the situation. We pray that Cardi will find her future in Christ, that God will bless her family, and that she will come to realize there is no true joy in this world apart from Him.
Staying Prayed Up
The music industry may be full of traps, but our God is still on the throne. He is faithful, He is mighty, and He still does the impossible. This is why we stay prayed up, not only for ourselves but for those who can’t or don’t know how to pray for themselves. The devil may be working overtime, but we serve a God who never sleeps, never slumbers, and always wins.
So family, let’s continue to stay watchful. Let’s keep discussing these things, not to gossip but to keep each other sharp. Let’s continue to pray for our youth, pray for our artists, and most importantly, keep shining the light of Christ in a dark world. Because at the end of the day, greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world.
Final Thoughts:
I’m not here to bash Cardi B. I’m here to point out what’s really happening and encourage us as a community to stay alert. This world is temporary. Fame, money, and trends fade away. But the Kingdom of God is eternal. That’s where our hope lies.
Let’s not be fooled by glitter and glamour. We’re living in the last days, and the signs are everywhere. But even in these times, God is still calling His children home—even celebrities. Let’s keep praying, keep fasting, and keep believing. Because revival can happen anywhere—even in the music industry.
Oh thank You, Lord, for being who You are.

We lift her up in the mighty name of Jesus!!! Lord help save her life and give her and her family strength. Bless her family and children. We know that she is your child. I hope and pray that she will return to GOD.
