What’s truly disturbing to me right now is the fact that we all know the Epstein files exist, yet for some reason they are still being hidden from the public. It’s like watching a giant game being played with people’s lives, with justice dangling in the balance. And the worst part is that instead of clarity, we get more excuses, more finger-pointing, and more of the same old political theater. Transparency is supposed to be the foundation of leadership, but what we’re seeing is the exact opposite.
Donald Trump keeps insisting this whole thing is a hoax cooked up by the Democrats. But let’s be honest here—this is not a hoax. This is real. These files are not imaginary, and the victims are not figments of someone’s political imagination. What I can’t understand is why he continues to fall back on this conspiracy narrative, acting like it’s all part of some elaborate plan to take him down. Whether his name is on those files or not isn’t the main point. What matters is that by brushing it off as fake, he makes himself look even guiltier. He creates more questions than answers, and he makes it harder for people to trust him.
And trust is really what’s at stake here. I’ve always said it’s hard to follow someone who can’t be straightforward about what’s right in front of us. If you’ve done nothing wrong, then say that. If you’ve had connections but weren’t involved in the criminal part, then own up to that. But hiding, denying, and dodging only makes people suspicious. At the end of the day, people just want honesty.

That’s what hurts the most for me as a believer. God’s word teaches us to be truthful, to walk in the light, and to stand firm in honesty. How can a leader claim to walk with God while constantly playing games with the truth? That doesn’t sit right in my spirit, and it shouldn’t sit right with anyone who values integrity. Transparency is the number one key. Without it, we’re left in the dark, and the victims are left wondering if they’ll ever get the justice they deserve.
What also bothers me is how this entire situation feels like a giant cover-up. Every time it seems like we might get closer to answers, something blocks it. And I don’t buy into the idea that this is about protecting political parties. No. This is about protecting reputations and power. Trump likes to act as if Democrats invented the fact that he was seen around Epstein. But nobody forced him to hang around someone like that. Nobody set him up. If he truly didn’t know what was happening, then why not say, “I didn’t know, but I want the truth to come out too”? That’s what any leader with integrity would do.
And let’s talk about the victims for a second. These women have carried their pain for years. They’ve lived with trauma, silence, and shame. They deserve to see justice, and part of that justice is transparency about who was involved. I don’t understand why some of them won’t just say the names. I get that there may be fear, threats, or legal issues, but from the outside it looks like the public is being toyed with. If we keep hearing, “The list is coming,” but never see it, people are going to lose hope in the entire process.
To me, this situation has gone beyond politics. It’s about whether truth matters anymore in our government. Every time people try to bring light into a dark place, there’s always something blocking it. That’s why I’m so upset. It feels like our voices don’t matter, like no one in power is really listening. And when you reach that point, it shakes your faith not only in government but in the very idea of justice.
We have a right to know. We have a right to demand that these files be opened. We have a right to see who was connected and who needs to be held accountable. It might hurt. It might shock us. But truth always does. At least then we could finally say justice is being pursued. Until that happens, this whole thing will continue to feel like a shameful game played at the expense of those who have already suffered enough.
