Hey everyone! 👋 So I just saw this commercial that really got my attention… they’re putting out Reese’s Oreo! 🍫🥜🍪 Now, I don’t know how I feel about this combination. On one hand, I love Reese’s (because peanut butter and chocolate is a match made in heaven, right? 😍). And on the other hand, Oreos are a classic—you can’t go wrong with that crunchy chocolate cookie and sweet cream filling. But the thought of combining the two? I’m kind of stuck between ooooh, yum and ummm, yuck.

Honestly, I’ve never actually tried it yet. Part of me says, “Don’t knock it ‘til you try it,” but the other part is like, “Do you really want to spend your money on something you might regret?” 😂 Still, I can’t deny I’m tempted.

Here’s where I need you guys:

👉 Has anybody actually tried Reese’s Oreo yet?
👉 If you did, what did you think—was it delicious or disappointing?
👉 Do you think this is a combo that works, or is it just another marketing gimmick to get us snack lovers to open our wallets?

I saw the commercial running steadily on TV, so clearly they’re pushing it hard. But just because it’s popular on ads doesn’t mean it’s good in real life. We’ve all been fooled before by shiny commercials making us think something tastes amazing when it’s just…meh.

Part of me feels like this could be epic. I mean, Oreos with a creamy peanut butter filling? That sounds like it could actually work if the balance is right. But what if it’s too sweet? Or the peanut butter flavor doesn’t come through enough? Or worse—what if the texture feels weird? 😬

Sometimes when brands mash two popular snacks together, it feels forced, like they’re just experimenting to see what sticks. But hey, sometimes the results are amazing (remember when Reese’s added pieces of Reese’s candy inside the cup? That was fire 🔥). So maybe I shouldn’t be so skeptical.

Still, my brain is yelling “yuck” while my taste buds are whispering “try it.” Has anyone else felt that way about a new snack? You don’t want to waste the money or calories, but your curiosity gets the best of you? 🙈 That’s exactly where I’m at.

I feel like food experiments like this are becoming the trend—companies keep mixing things together hoping it’ll go viral. Some work, some flop. I guess I just want some real opinions before I go hunting down a pack at the store.

So again, let me throw these questions out there:

👉 Would you personally try Reese’s Oreo? Why or why not?
👉 Do you think it sounds like the next big snack win, or a total fail waiting to happen?
👉 If you have already tried it, please be honest—did it blow your mind, or leave you disappointed?

At the end of the day, I’ll probably give in and try it anyway, even if people say no. LOL 🤷‍♀️ Curiosity is a powerful thing, and I don’t think I’ll be able to resist forever. But it would be nice to know what I’m getting myself into before I open that package.

Alright friends, sound off below! Let me know if I should run to the store with excitement, or save my money for something else. Can’t wait to hear your thoughts! 💬😊

I haven’t tried it yet, Victoria, but I’ll be real—I don’t think it’s going to work for me. I love Oreos by themselves and Reese’s Cups are my weakness, but together? Idk… sometimes too much of a good thing can ruin it. I’ve been burned before by “collab snacks” that sound amazing but taste kind of artificial. 😬

👉 My answer to your question is: I’d probably skip it unless it was on sale or someone handed me one. I think Oreo should just stick to their classics instead of doing all these experimental flavors. But hey, maybe you’ll end up loving it—taste buds are personal after all!

Okay, Victoria, I had to jump in here because I actually tried the Reese’s Oreo last week! 🍫🥜 And let me just say… I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it might be way too sweet, but the peanut butter cream filling actually balances out the chocolate cookie really well. It kind of reminded me of eating a mini Reese’s Cup but with that Oreo crunch on the outside. Honestly, I’d buy it again in a heartbeat.

👉 To answer your question, yes, it’s worth trying at least once! If you like Reese’s and Oreos separately, you’ll probably enjoy the mashup. I don’t think it’s life-changing, but it definitely doesn’t deserve a “yuck” either. 😅
