Hey guys, I just wanted to share a little bit about what’s been going on with my Spectrum internet lately because it’s honestly been driving me crazy. For the past few weeks, I’ve been having constant issues with my modem cutting out for no reason. It’s like every time I start to get comfortable online—whether I’m streaming, gaming, or just watching a video—boom, the connection drops again.

I thought it was a one-time thing, but it’s been happening so often that I started troubleshooting everything myself. I even went as far as getting two different devices: a wireless modem and a standalone modem, just to see if the problem was one or the other. But no matter which one I use, the same thing happens—the modem shuts off or the power goes out, leaving me completely disconnected.

At first, I thought it might’ve been an outage in my area, but Spectrum said everything was fine on their end. That’s when I started suspecting maybe it was something with the equipment itself or even the power connection. It’s really frustrating because Spectrum service isn’t exactly cheap, and for the price they charge, this kind of instability shouldn’t be happening.

I even recorded a video to show what I was going through because I know a lot of people deal with the same thing but can’t always explain it to customer support. Seeing it firsthand might help others understand how annoying it really is.
