I ordered a PC off eBay, and FedEx has been giving me the runaround for days. Every time I check the tracking, the delivery date changes! I’ve waited all week for this computer, and I’m beyond frustrated. If they can’t deliver on time, they shouldn’t promise specific dates at all.

I’m so fed up right now. I ordered a brand-new PC through eBay something I’ve been saving up for — and I was so excited to finally get it. But guess what? FedEx keeps changing the delivery time and date like it’s some kind of joke. One minute it says it’s out for delivery, the next minute it’s “delayed.” Then they move the date again. Like seriously, how hard is it to deliver one package on time? 😤

I planned my whole week around this delivery. I even stayed home from work the day it was supposed to arrive because I didn’t want to risk missing it. And what do I get? Nothing but constant updates that make no sense. It’s like FedEx doesn’t even care about being accurate anymore. Their tracking system might as well say, “We’ll deliver it when we feel like it.”

This isn’t the first time either. FedEx has a bad habit of giving customers false hope. They’ll promise one day, and when that day comes, they push it back again and again. I get that weather and traffic can cause delays fine, life happens. But at least communicate properly! Don’t keep people waiting and checking their phones every five minutes.

What really gets me is that I paid for shipping. This wasn’t free. I expected professionalism, not confusion. eBay sellers do their part they ship the item out fast but once it gets to FedEx, it’s like everything goes downhill. How can a company this big be this unreliable?

I’m just over it. I don’t even care if it shows up tomorrow at this point; the excitement’s gone. I wanted to enjoy my new PC, not stress about whether it’s sitting in a warehouse collecting dust. FedEx needs to step up their game because customers like me are losing patience fast. If you can’t deliver on time, don’t promise you can. Period.
