I know everyone is going to have their own opinion, but I really don’t understand why 50 Cent keeps going after Jussie Smollett. At some point, it starts feeling less like jokes and more like beating someone up over something that already happened.

Did Jussie make a serious mistake if the allegations against him are true? Yes. But he’s still a human being, and people make bad decisions every single day. None of us are perfect. He has to answer for his own actions, and ultimately that’s between him, the law, and God. I just don’t see the point of constantly bringing it back up years later.

And as far as the shows go, this is just my opinion, but I still think Empire was the better show. What happened with Jussie doesn’t erase the fact that a lot of people enjoyed watching it. One person’s mistakes don’t automatically take away from the work that everyone else on the cast and crew put into making that series successful.

To me, 50 Cent comes across as a little petty sometimes. I get that social media loves roasting people, but eventually you’ve got to let some things go. People deserve to be held accountable, but they also shouldn’t have to be defined by the worst mistake they’ve ever made forever. That’s just how I see it. Am I the only one who feels this way, or do y’all think 50 Cent has taken it too far?
