Scripture: “Be still, and know that I am God.” – Psalm 46:10 (NIV)
Reflection:
In a world that moves fast and demands so much, God invites you to slow down. Be still. That command can feel impossible when your mind is racing with responsibilities, fears, and goals. But in that stillness, something powerful happens—you remember who God is. He’s not shaken by your deadlines. He’s not surprised by your struggles. He is sovereign, steady, and present.
Today, try not to rush past His presence. When anxiety tries to creep in, pause. Take a deep breath. Say His name. Let His peace anchor you. Stillness isn’t inactivity—it’s trust. Trust that God is working behind the scenes, even when you can’t see it.

Prayer:
Lord, teach me to be still today. Quiet the noise around me and within me. Help me to remember that You are God, and You are in control. I surrender my plans, my stress, and my fears to You. Anchor me in Your presence and let Your peace reign in my heart. Amen.
Today’s Challenge:
Take five minutes of stillness today—no phone, no distractions. Just breathe, reflect, and let your heart rest in God’s presence.
