I’ve said it before, and I will keep saying it again because God has pressed it into my spirit: the government cannot save you, and your money will be no good. This is not just my opinion. This is what the Lord has been telling me consistently, and now we are seeing it unfold before our very eyes.

News has just broken about tough new changes to SNAP benefits. Millions of families who were depending on this support to put food on their tables are about to feel the ground shift beneath them. For many, this will be terrifying. But God already told us this was coming. And He did not tell us so that we would panic—He told us so we would repent.

A Prophetic Warning

The Word says in Psalm 118:8: “It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.” This scripture speaks so loud in this moment. Too many people have placed their hope in government programs, housing assistance, and financial aid. They have forgotten that man can fail, systems can collapse, and money can lose its value.

Months ago, I warned that this very day would come—that dependency on the government would not hold when things started to unravel. God is stripping away every false source of comfort so that people will have no choice but to cry out to Him. He is doing this out of mercy, because He wants us to return to Him.

Hunger in the Land

We are now watching prophecy collide with reality. People are about to go hungry. Families who once felt secure in food benefits or housing programs are going to feel abandoned. And while it may look like man has failed them, God is allowing this to awaken the spirit of repentance in His people.

The Lord said in Amos 8:11: “Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord God, when I will send a famine on the land—not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord.”

Do you see what’s happening? The hunger is not just physical. It is spiritual. America is starving for the Word of God, for truth, for righteousness. And because the nation has turned its back on God, He is allowing the shaking to begin.

Leaders Must Repent

I am not just speaking to the people—I am speaking directly to those in leadership. The men and women in the White House, in Congress, in every seat of power, must get on their knees and repent. If they do not, what we are seeing now is only the beginning.

God gave us a glimpse of what is coming, but the leaders are blind. Instead of humbling themselves, they exalt their own agendas. But the Lord says in Proverbs 16:18: “Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall.” America’s leadership has been walking in pride for far too long. Unless they turn back to God, the fall will be great.

Your Money Will Be No Good

The next part of this prophecy is about money. We are entering a time when the dollar will not carry the same power it once did. Inflation, rising costs, and broken systems are already showing us how fragile money is. You can save it, stack it, or spend it—but when God removes His hand of blessing, money cannot buy peace, healing, or safety.

The Bible tells us in Ezekiel 7:19: “They will throw their silver into the streets, and their gold will be like an unclean thing. Their silver and gold will not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the Lord.”

That’s where we are headed. God is making it clear that salvation will not be found in money or in government programs. Salvation is only found in Jesus Christ.

A Call to Repentance

This is a call to repentance. God is not just speaking to America as a nation—He is speaking to individuals. He wants each of us to bow before Him and confess that we need Him. He wants us to put away idols, put away pride, and return to the One who gives life.

2 Chronicles 7:14 says: “If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

Do you hear that? The healing comes when repentance comes. Not when the government issues a new policy. Not when another program is created. Not when more money is printed. Only when the people return to God.

The Time Is Now

I will continue to sound the alarm every chance I get. I will keep reminding you, keep repeating this prophecy, because God has shown me the destruction that comes when people refuse to listen. The time is not later—the time is now.

Do not wait until your benefits are cut off. Do not wait until the dollar collapses. Do not wait until your cupboards are empty. Fall on your knees now. Repent now. Call on the name of Jesus now, while there is still time.

Because the government cannot save you. Your money will be no good. But the God of heaven—the one who created the heavens and the earth—He can save you, heal you, and provide for you in ways no system ever could.

Final Word:
This is not a message of fear. It is a message of warning wrapped in love. God is calling you back. Listen before it’s too late.
