I’m just gonna say it straight: I’m tired. I’m tired of waking up to see Trump’s name attached to some new nonsense. This time? He’s apparently trying to sue MeidasTouch. Yeah, that YouTube channel and news network that’s got around six million viewers. Out of everything going on in America right now—this is what the man is focused on? It blows my mind.

I mean, think about it. You’re supposed to be a leader, right? Supposed to have the country on your shoulders. People are struggling with the cost of living, healthcare, jobs being unstable, and families trying to keep a roof over their heads. And instead of tackling that, Trump is throwing tantrums about what people say about him online. It’s comical, really. Like, how fragile do you have to be to constantly come after networks, newspapers, or YouTube channels just because they don’t praise your every move?

I can’t wrap my head around how obsessed this man is with social media. It’s like Twitter and YouTube live rent-free in his head. He cares more about clapping back at critics than he does about fixing the problems he actually promised to fix. And now MeidasTouch is his new target? Please.

The man has been doing this for years—suing or threatening to sue anyone who doesn’t bow down to him. It’s like he thinks being a public figure means he gets to control the narrative and silence whoever disagrees. News flash, Donald: that’s not how democracy works. When you put yourself in the spotlight, people are going to criticize you. People are going to dig into your words, your actions, your decisions. That’s the price of leadership. And if you can’t handle that, maybe you shouldn’t be anywhere near politics.

What really grinds my gears is that he acts like disagreement equals disrespect. Nobody’s going to always agree with you. Nobody. Not your friends, not your family, not your base, and definitely not the media. But Trump doesn’t get that. Instead, he lashes out like a kid who didn’t get his way, trying to use lawsuits as a weapon to scare people into silence. It’s pathetic, honestly.

And let’s talk reality here—he’s not going to win half these lawsuits. They’re long shots at best, pure intimidation at worst. He knows it, the lawyers know it, and deep down, we all know it. But that’s not the point for him. The point is the spectacle. The headlines. The attention. He thrives on chaos, and suing MeidasTouch is just another way for him to keep himself in the news cycle.

Meanwhile, everyday Americans are fed up. We’re not laughing anymore—we’re just tired. Tired of watching a grown man with so much power act so small. Tired of watching our country’s reputation get dragged through the mud because the guy at the top can’t handle criticism. Tired of the circus he brings everywhere he goes.

Here’s the truth: leaders need thick skin. They need to understand that not everyone is going to clap for them, and that’s okay. You can’t run a country like it’s your personal brand. You can’t treat every critic like an enemy of the state. But Trump never learned that lesson, and honestly, I don’t think he ever will. He’s too wrapped up in his own ego to realize how ridiculous he looks.

So yeah, I’m angry. I’m angry that we’re still here, still stuck talking about him suing yet another outlet instead of talking about how to actually move forward as a country. I’m angry that people still defend this behavior like it’s normal. It’s not normal. It’s exhausting. And if this is the best “leadership” we can expect from him, then no wonder so many people want him out of office for good.

At the end of the day, suing MeidasTouch isn’t going to change the fact that millions of people see through him. It’s not going to erase the criticism or fix the problems he ignores. All it proves is what many of us already know: Trump is thin-skinned, easily rattled, and way too concerned with his image to actually care about the rest of us. And that’s the real tragedy here.
