I don’t know about y’all, but that Trump memorial speech was flat out terrible. And I’m not just talking about the delivery, I’m talking about the spirit behind it. Some folks will bend over backwards to defend him, but I honestly don’t get it. I’m scratching my head like, are we watching the same man? Because the guy I saw on that stage wasn’t humble, wasn’t compassionate, and sure wasn’t anything close to what I’d call Christ-like.
People keep throwing around this idea that Trump is a “Christian leader.” Let’s just pause right there. Have these people actually opened a Bible? Like for real, have they actually read the Word of God? Because everything Scripture teaches us about what a Christian is supposed to look like—the fruit of the Spirit, the humility, the generosity, the compassion, the self-control—I don’t see any of that in him. What I see is arrogance, greed, and selfishness. And last time I checked, greed is not of God. The Bible makes it clear: “For the love of money is the root of all evil” (1 Timothy 6:10). Yet Trump brags about wealth like it’s the ultimate proof of success.
Let’s be real, a Christian leader isn’t somebody who quotes a verse once in a while to look holy. A Christian leader is somebody who lives it, breathes it, and walks it daily. They put others first. They serve. They love. They forgive. They lead by example. Jesus Himself said, “By their fruits you will know them.” That’s not me talking, that’s the Bible. And when I look at Trump’s fruits, what do I see? Division. Anger. Mockery. Pride. You can dress it up however you want, but those are rotten fruits.
What really gets me is how people twist themselves into knots to excuse it. “Oh, he’s just being bold.” “Oh, he tells it like it is.” No, let’s call it what it is—selfishness and pride. The man loves to hear himself talk more than he cares about lifting up the people he’s speaking to. That’s why that memorial speech fell so flat. It wasn’t about honoring anyone else. It wasn’t about God. It was about him. Somehow he managed to make even a solemn moment circle back to his own image. And honestly, that’s just sad.
I know some folks will say, “Well God uses imperfect people.” And that’s true. The Bible is full of stories of God working through folks who were broken, flawed, even outright sinful. But there’s a difference between God using someone in spite of their flaws, and us putting someone up on a pedestal as if they’re a spiritual role model. Trump ain’t that. We’ve got to stop confusing influence with anointing. Just because somebody’s loud, powerful, or rich doesn’t mean they’re God’s chosen leader. If anything, that should make us pause and test the spirit even harder.
The danger here is that when we call darkness light, and evil good, we end up deceiving ourselves. We hand over our discernment. We start thinking greed is okay if it’s wrapped in patriotism, or pride is acceptable if it’s aimed at “the other side.” That’s not how this works. Christianity doesn’t bend to fit our political party or our favorite leader. Christianity stands on its own, whether people like it or not.
And let me tell you—God is not greed. God is not arrogance. God is not selfishness. God is love, God is justice, God is mercy. So if we can’t see those qualities in the people we’re following, then we need to stop fooling ourselves. Period.
So yeah, call me harsh if you want, but I’m not buying the “Trump the Christian” label. His speech just confirmed what I already knew: you can’t fake the Spirit of God. You can put on a suit, you can wave a Bible around, but the fruit tells the truth. And that speech? It was rotten fruit on full display.
MAGA Carrie Prejean Calls Out TRUMP! Now She Is FIRED!!
For a long time, Carrie Prejean was celebrated by many conservative circles. She was known for her outspoken views and for standing firm on what she believed in, even when she faced…

It’s very sad because nobody is really paying attention on what’s really going on. The Bible spoke of this like so much and it said that people will call wrong right and right wrong. They feel like this man is a God and he’s not a god and God will repay each and every person who played along with this whole shenanigan. They just don’t understand. This is a serious game that they’re playing when it comes to the people.
Yes this is extremely sad…. i’m so thankful this site exsist to help others see.
I have been saying this for the very longest. It is sad because we look at the Bible and it shows so many examples of what a christ-like person supposed to be like. And it’s amazing to me that people who say they know the Lord they can’t see through this. Like God says even the elect will be fooled. But I promise you that every person who played a part into this madness and the used God name into their own selfish game they will have to answer to God for this. The pain of other people. God does not like. He wants his people to be treated with respect. No, I’m not saying that everybody in America is right for what they do. But at the end of the day they are some faithful people that Trump has really done wrong and he has to account for that when he faced God. But we need to pray for our leaders that they will find God and they will change their ways. Even if they may not be the best example. God says that any man can change. But let’s just hope and pray that he really gets the help that he needs.
