You know, sometimes I sit back and just shake my head at the state of our country. The whole Trump presidencyโ€”beginning to endโ€”still feels like something out of a movie. And the more I think about it, the more it doesnโ€™t add up to just him alone making all those moves. I really believe there were bigger forces, heavy hitters behind the scenes, nudging him, guiding him, maybe even using him. Because letโ€™s be realโ€”Trump, on his own, didnโ€™t just stumble into the White House without some sort of push from somewhere.

Iโ€™m not saying I have all the answers. Iโ€™m not saying I know exactly whoโ€™s pulling the strings. But what I am saying is that it feels spiritual, it feels orchestrated, and it feels dark. When you see a man change the way Trump hasโ€”his appearance, his words, his angerโ€”it makes you wonder if he didnโ€™t trade something in exchange for that position of power. Some people call it the Illuminati. Some call it โ€œthe higher-ups.โ€ Others just say itโ€™s the old powers that run this world. Whatever you want to call it, I think Trump became their perfect candidate because he was bold enough, reckless enough, and maybe even gullible enough to go through with things others wouldnโ€™t dare.

Think about it: when America was hyped up over Trump, when he first ran, it wasnโ€™t because he was this polished politician. It was because he came in talking wild, saying things no one else would say. A lot of people found that refreshing. But at the same time, a lot of what he said was racist, divisive, and downright cruel. And while folks laughed or cheered, there were others watching closely, knowing that this was their golden boy. Why? Because division is the oldest trick in the book. If you can divide peopleโ€”especially in America, where Black folks and minorities were gaining more influenceโ€”you can control the whole system.

Now, I know someone reading this might roll their eyes and say, โ€œGabrielle, you sound like a conspiracy theorist.โ€ And maybe I do. But let me remind you: conspiracies stop being conspiracies when evidence starts stacking up. Look at the music industry, for example. Weโ€™ve all heard about artists who supposedly had to do rituals, humiliating acts, or sell out in order to rise to fame. And honestly, when you line it all up, doesnโ€™t it feel similar? Doesnโ€™t it feel like politics runs on the same spiritual fuel? If people in entertainment have to go through doors of darkness to reach that level, why wouldnโ€™t a man aiming to be the leader of the free world have to do something even greater?

When I look at Trump now, I barely recognize him. He looks worn, tired, even haunted at times. His face tells a story, and itโ€™s not one of peace. Itโ€™s like the deeper he went into this power, the more evil overtook him. And you can hear it in his words. He doesnโ€™t even hide itโ€”he shouts his hate openly. He mocks his opponents. He degrades communities. Thatโ€™s not just politics, yโ€™all. Thatโ€™s spiritual. Because no true leader of people, no one who values humanity, would consistently speak so harshly against the very people theyโ€™re supposed to protect.

And thatโ€™s where I come back to the idea that maybe Trump sold his soul. Maybe he struck a dealโ€”whether knowingly or unknowinglyโ€”with forces that promised him the White House, promised him power, promised him a following, in exchange for carrying out their agenda. And if you ask me, that agenda looks a whole lot like division, chaos, and destruction.

But hereโ€™s the part where I stop myself and remember who God is. Because even if all that is trueโ€”even if Trump is as deep in darkness as I fearโ€”thereโ€™s still hope. Prayer changes things. And anybody can be saved. Thatโ€™s what the Bible tells us. Think about Paul in the scriptures. Before he was Paul, he was Saul, and Saul was out here persecuting Christians, literally hunting them down. He was about as evil as you could get. And yet, God turned him around. God made him new. If Paul can change, then why not Trump?

That doesnโ€™t mean I excuse the things heโ€™s said or done. Not at all. Words have power. Actions have consequences. And Trump has caused hurt in this country that will take years to heal. But my faith tells me not to give up on anyoneโ€™s soul. So even as I sit here speculating that he might have sold himself out, that he might have been used by higher powers, I also remind myself to pray. To pray for his repentance. To pray for his salvation. Because at the end of the day, heโ€™s still a man. A broken man, yes, but a man who God still sees and who God could still restore.

What scares me most, though, is the thought of what happens if he doesnโ€™t change. If he keeps walking this path of hatred and pride, then I fear for his soul. Because selling your soul doesnโ€™t end with a presidential term. Itโ€™s eternal. And hell is real. Thatโ€™s why I say this isnโ€™t just politicsโ€”itโ€™s spiritual warfare. Weโ€™re not fighting against flesh and blood, but against powers and principalities, just like Ephesians 6:12 tells us.

So where does that leave us? It leaves us needing to stay prayed up. Needing to open our eyes. Needing to understand that while yes, Trump may have been president, he wasnโ€™t the only one running the show. And more importantly, it leaves us remembering that only God has the final say. Men may scheme, elites may plot, but God always has the ultimate power.

I donโ€™t write all this to scare anyone. I write it because these are my thoughts, my feelings, and my observations. I know some of you might think Iโ€™m reaching, and thatโ€™s fine. I just know that when I look at Trumpโ€”his words, his spirit, his declineโ€”it points to something bigger than just a man making mistakes. It points to someone who may have traded his soul for power.

But my prayer is that he, and everyone else who has walked that path, will one day realize that power without God is destruction. My prayer is that we as a people stop glorifying men and start glorifying the Lord again. Because at the end of the day, only Jesus saves. And no deal with the devil is ever worth losing your eternity.

So yeah, those are my thoughts. Some might call it conspiracy. I call it discernment. You donโ€™t have to agree with me, but I hope it makes you think. And I hope it makes you pray. Because this world is darker than ever, but our God is still the light.
