Hey everyone,
I just finished listening to Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett speak, and Iโve got to say, her words hit me in a way that I canโt shake off. She had plenty to say and all of it made sense. People may not want to hear it, but what she said was the truth, plain and simple. I canโt even begin to count how many lies are spread about herโand honestly about anyone who dares to speak upโespecially by MAGA followers online. The stuff they make up isnโt just small exaggerations either; itโs wild, completely untrue accusations blasted all over social media.
And hereโs the problem: weโre living in a country where it feels like nobody cares about the truth anymore. People will take a rumor or a doctored clip, spread it around like wildfire, and then swear itโs fact. Itโs like a modern-day witch hunt with memes and hashtags replacing the pitchforks. Crockett said something that really stuck with me: due process comes from the Constitution. Those arenโt just fancy words; theyโre supposed to be the highest protections anyone in this country can have. But looking at how things are now, youโd think the Constitution is just some old pamphlet collecting dust on a shelf instead of the backbone of our justice system.
And sheโs rightโnobody is saying the criminal justice system has always been perfect. Lord knows it hasnโt. But the idea of due process, the principle of fairness, is supposed to be sacred. Yet weโve reached a point where people think they can just break the law, bend the rules, and throw out basic protections if it suits their political team or their favorite leader. Thatโs not democracy. Thatโs not freedom. Thatโs straight-up lawlessness.
This is exactly what God warned us about. The Bible says there will come a time when there is โlawlessness in the land,โ and friends, weโre living it right now. I see it in the way people justify violence or smear campaigns. I see it in how rules get twisted to fit an agenda. And itโs not just some abstract prophecy anymoreโitโs in our news feeds, our neighborhoods, and our government.
Crockettโs words reminded me of a prophecy I read from a young lady on this very website. Sheโs been saying for a while now that weโd be facing a moment where the government teeters on collapse, where shutdowns and chaos would be signs of something bigger. People laughed at her, dismissed her, called her a fearmonger. But here we are again, staring down the possibility of a government shutdown that could shake everything. If it happens, itโs not just politicsโitโs confirmation of whatโs been warned about.
We need to wake up. We need to stop treating truth like an optional accessory and start defending it like our lives depend on itโbecause they do. Our Constitution, our laws, our ability to hold leaders accountable, and yes, even our faith, all depend on our willingness to demand honesty and fairness. Jasmine Crockett isnโt just making noise; sheโs sounding an alarm. And if we keep ignoring it, weโre going to find ourselves in even deeper trouble than we already are.

Jasmine Crockett supposedly taking money from AIPAC? REALLY!!?
Why isnโt every political commentator demanding transparency about what that money buys? And more importantly, why are voters so quick to accept these transactions as normal? We have reached a point where massive political donations barely raise eyebrows anymore. Billionaires funnel money into campaigns, PACs, and influence networks, and the public just shrugs. That shouldโฆ
