I am so over this Jezebel spirit trying to drain me. I mean it with every fiber of my beingโ€”this thing has tried everything it can to wear me down, to make me feel small, powerless, and afraid. But Iโ€™m done with it. Iโ€™ve been praying day and night, crying out to God, refusing to let the enemy have the last word. Because I know who I belong to, and her manipulative, controlling, fear-mongering ways cannot stand against the name of Jesus Christ.

This spirit doesnโ€™t just attack once and leave you alone. No, sheโ€™s sneaky. She creeps in through exhaustion, through discouragement, through people who act like they love you but secretly want to control you. You start feeling that heavy weight on your chest, that confusion, that fatigue that doesnโ€™t make sense. Itโ€™s not normal tirednessโ€”itโ€™s spiritual exhaustion. Thatโ€™s the Jezebel spirit at work, trying to cut off your connection to the Holy Spirit, trying to make you doubt your purpose, and trying to make you fear your own spiritual gifts. But let me tell you, Iโ€™m not afraid anymore.

I had to call out to God for help. I had to get on my knees and tell Him, โ€œLord, I cannot do this by myself. This spirit is trying to rob me of peace, of joy, of faithโ€”but I know You are stronger.โ€ And the moment I did that, I felt a shift. It wasnโ€™t instant victory, but I felt the assurance that I wasnโ€™t fighting alone. God was fighting for me. Every tear I cried was not in vain, and every time I said the name of Jesus, I was swinging a sword in the spirit.

See, Jezebel doesnโ€™t want you to feel peace. She wants you to live in constant anxiety and fear. She wants to whisper lies into your mindโ€”telling you that youโ€™re not enough, that no one loves you, that your prayers arenโ€™t being heard. But sheโ€™s a liar. The devil is the father of lies, and every demonic spirit under him carries that same trait. So I started calling it out. I said, โ€œI see you, Jezebel. Youโ€™re not welcome here. You will not have my mind. You will not have my peace. You will not silence me.โ€ And I felt something break.

This spirit operates in people tooโ€”sometimes through jealousy, pride, manipulation, or deceit. Iโ€™ve seen it try to work through people who smile to your face but tear you down behind closed doors. Iโ€™ve seen it try to come through relationships, workplaces, even church circles. But no matter how it manifests, the goal is the same: to stop the move of God in your life. And I refuse to let it win. I refuse to let fear rule me when I serve a living Savior who conquered death itself.

There were nights I couldnโ€™t sleep. Iโ€™d wake up with my heart racing, like something unseen was pressing on me. Iโ€™d pray out loud, โ€œIn the name of Jesus, I rebuke every unclean spirit that is not of God.โ€ And every single time, Iโ€™d feel peace slowly return. Thatโ€™s the power of His name. When youโ€™re being spiritually attacked, you canโ€™t fight it with your own strengthโ€”you fight it with the Word of God, with prayer, with praise, with fasting if you must. Jezebel canโ€™t stand worship. She canโ€™t stand a woman who refuses to bow down and keeps praising God anyway.

So today, Iโ€™m declaring my freedom. Iโ€™m not drained, Iโ€™m delivered. Iโ€™m not fearful, Iโ€™m faithful. The Holy Spirit fills me up every morning, and no demonic force can cut off what God has anointed. If youโ€™re feeling that heaviness, that confusion, that spiritual fatigueโ€”please donโ€™t give up. Thatโ€™s exactly what the enemy wants. Push through in prayer. Get in your Word. Speak the name of Jesus until that atmosphere shifts.

The Jezebel spirit might try to silence you, but remember, your voice carries authority in Christ. She may try to make you doubt, but your faith is your weapon. Iโ€™ve learned that the moment you refuse to give in, she starts losing power. And thatโ€™s where I am nowโ€”standing firm, rooted in the Word, knowing that no weapon formed against me shall prosper. God said it, and I believe it.

So yes, Iโ€™ve been tired, and yes, Iโ€™ve criedโ€”but Iโ€™m still here, and Iโ€™m still fighting. And as long as I have breath in my body, I will not give up on Jesus Christ. Because while the Jezebel spirit tries to drain me, my God is the one who restores me. And that, right there, is my victory.

Susan, this was a spiritual wake-up call. You spoke from a place of experience and authority. Iโ€™ve battled the same spirit, and itโ€™s no joke how draining it can be. Fear used to paralyze me, but once I started declaring Godโ€™s promises out loud, that fear started to fade. Thank you for reminding me that weโ€™re not powerless. God has already given us victoryโ€”we just have to walk in it and refuse to bow down to intimidation.

This is so on point. That Jezebel spirit will have you thinking everyoneโ€™s against you when itโ€™s really just a demonic setup to isolate you. Iโ€™ve dealt with her through people pretending to help but secretly trying to control or discourage me. I had to cut ties and stay rooted in my Bible. Youโ€™re rightโ€”Jezebel canโ€™t stand prayer and worship! Iโ€™ve found peace again by staying covered in the Word and keeping my focus on God.

Whew, this hit me deep. The Jezebel spirit operates so quietly that most people donโ€™t even realize whatโ€™s happening. I used to think I was just moody or overwhelmed, but then I started noticing patternsโ€”every time I tried to fast, pray, or move forward spiritually, something would attack my peace. Iโ€™m learning that awareness is the first step to victory. Thank you, Susan, for standing up and sharing your truth. You encouraged me to fight harder.

Susan, I felt every word of this! You described exactly what Iโ€™ve been going through for months. The exhaustion, the fear, the constant emotional battlesโ€”itโ€™s like this spirit knows when youโ€™re about to grow closer to God and tries to pull you back down. Iโ€™ve been rebuking her too, praying out loud and blasting worship music in my home. Youโ€™re rightโ€”the name of Jesus breaks everything. Thank you for this powerful reminder that we donโ€™t have to live drained or defeated.
