I find it disturbing that right now, as we continue to get updates about the Lincoln University shooting, they’re now saying there were multiple shooters involved. Multiple shooters at a university. That alone sends chills down my spine. I know the original post about this tragedy has already been updated several times, but every new detail that comes out makes this entire situation more shocking. Honestly, how could something like this happen, and how was no one watching what was going on?

We are living in a time where chaos seems to be unfolding faster than anyone can keep track. For them to come out and say that there were multiple shooters makes me think that this wasn’t just a random act of violence — this was planned, deliberate, and deeply concerning. How are people getting onto campuses like this with weapons in the first place? What is happening with our so-called “security measures” that are supposed to protect students? It feels like we’re living in a time where every safety system we were told to trust is crumbling.

And then you look at the bigger picture. We have a government shutdown happening right now — people not getting paid, families struggling, programs that feed thousands of people being put on hold and somehow, no one in power seems to care. It’s as if the whole country is falling apart from every direction, and the ones who could make a difference are just sitting in silence. The rich and the powerful are not affected, but the rest of us? We’re the ones paying the price, every single day.

Renae said something powerful before all this. She said, “The government can’t save you, and your money will be no good.” And honestly, it’s starting to sound prophetic. She also said death was coming — and look around. Every week it’s a new tragedy, a new shooting, a new story of loss. How much more do people need to see before they wake up and realize that something deeper is happening here?

This is beyond politics, beyond economics — this is spiritual. We are in a time where people have completely lost touch with God. Everyone’s chasing fame, money, or attention, but nobody is seeking truth, peace, or protection through Christ. And because of that, evil is running wild. You can see it in the news, on social media, even in your own communities. People have lost compassion. They’ve lost empathy. And now, our young people — our students — are dying because of it.

It’s truly heartbreaking to think that someone sent their child to Lincoln University to learn, to dream, to build a future, and now that student may never come home again. Parents shouldn’t have to fear for their children every time they step on a campus. But here we are, watching another tragedy unfold right before our eyes.

I keep asking myself, how did we get here? How did a country that was supposed to represent freedom, safety, and opportunity become a place where shootings, shutdowns, and moral decay are the norm? And why are so many people silent about it?

It’s time for people to wake up — spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. Stop depending on the government to fix what only God can heal. The truth is, until people turn back to Christ, things are only going to keep getting worse. We can march, we can protest, we can post hashtags, but none of that will stop the destruction that’s already taking over our world. Only faith, love, and repentance can do that.

To the families at Lincoln University — my heart goes out to you. To the students who witnessed this horror — may God protect your minds and your spirits. And to everyone reading this: it’s time to pay attention. Something big is happening, and pretending it’s not won’t save us.
