Can you believe this? The Supreme Court sided with Trump’s appeal to block full SNAP funding, leaving struggling families hungry while he builds ballrooms and hosts parties. This rant exposes the heartbreaking truth behind his priorities.

I am truly heartbroken over what’s happening in this country right now. The Supreme Court on Friday granted the Trump administration’s emergency appeal to temporarily block a court order that would have fully funded SNAP food aid payments during the government shutdown. Do you understand how cruel that is? There are families, real human beings, single mothers doing everything they can just to keep their children fed and yet, instead of helping them, this president is focused on things that don’t matter.
It’s absolutely sad that we have a president who would rather build a ballroom than make sure Americans have food in their pantries. There are people in this country starving right now, and it feels like their pain doesn’t even register to him. I just can’t wrap my mind around it. We’re supposed to have a leader who cares about his people someone who wants to make sure no child goes to bed hungry but instead, Trump is throwing Halloween parties at the White House while everyday Americans struggle to survive.
And yet, there are still people who claim this man was sent by God. How? How can anyone say that with a straight face? What part of his behavior reflects anything godly or compassionate? To me, it’s one of the saddest things I’ve ever seen people who are so blinded by politics or pride that they can’t see the truth staring right at them.
I’m not saying that Trump didn’t serve a purpose in God’s plan. Maybe God allowed him to take office for a reason to expose what’s broken in this country, to show us where our hearts really stand. But that doesn’t mean he was sent to save us. That doesn’t mean he’s righteous or moral. Look around! The country is divided, the poor are suffering, and families are struggling just to make it day by day.
We’ve reached a point where greed has overtaken compassion. Where wealth and image matter more than people’s basic needs. This SNAP situation is a perfect example of that. Food aid isn’t a luxury it’s survival for millions of Americans. And to see it treated like some political bargaining chip? It’s shameful. It’s disgusting.
Honestly, I’m just saddened. I’m saddened for the single moms out there who don’t know where their next meal will come from. I’m saddened for the elderly people who depend on food stamps just to get by. And I’m saddened that the person sitting in the highest office in the land seems to care more about appearances and parties than about human lives.
If this is what leadership in America looks like now cold, self-serving, and heartless then we’ve lost something much bigger than an election. We’ve lost our sense of humanity.
