The Blake & Rachael Show 🎙

Host: Blake
So let’s get started with the show. First of all, welcome to the Blake and Rachael Show. I’m so glad you guys decided to join us for this morning. I wanna share something that’s really important.
Now, I told you guys before that YouTube, Google, whoever it may be, anyone who’s responsible for the algorithm or videos, whoever, I don’t know, they are very much responsible for censorship, shadow banning, whatever you wanna call it. Now, I did tell you guys just a couple of days ago before I even joined this forum community.
And the reason why I joined this forum community, first of all, is because I found out that Ya Girl Renae was the one who was in charge over the whole thing. She was the CEO of this platform. I found out she was a Black woman, so I do support minorities.
Another reason is because every time I tried to actually start up a platform, people would shut me down. They did not wanna hear what I had to say. They always had a problem with my voice being a Black man, and Rachel will agree.
So let me just say this. I saw just today a video of the David Pakman Show. I saw that he was talking about basically how YouTube, once again, is being caught out for shadow banning his show or his particular video because it may not be lined up with whoever wants to hear it.
And we already know that Trump and his MAGA gremlins are probably out here paying people not to post up content or not to allow people to talk against who they are. So I decided to be on this platform so that I could actually get my voice out because I saw that they did have a lot of things in the engines.
So I just wanted to share this video with you guys today so that you can look at exactly what I was talking about. Check out this video of David Pakman and him talking about how YouTube is responsible for shadow banning and censorship toward them.
However, let me be clear. White content creators, and I’m not being racist, but white content creators do not have it harder than Black content creators. This is a white man who’s right now at 3.something million subscribers. So my thing is, when you got a voice, when you already have a following, and when people already know who you are, it’s easier for people to listen.
But smaller Black creators and minority creators have been saying this for years, and nobody wanted to listen to us. A lot of us have been shadow banned, pushed down in the algorithm, ignored, and treated like our voices don’t matter. That’s why platforms and communities like this matter because at least people have somewhere they can actually speak and be heard.

I swear, I think that YouTube is being paid to keep content hidden. It’s like, dude… really? 😂😂 Trump has lost his mind at this point.
However, Blake, what most people don’t understand is this: writing is way more lasting than videos. The only thing that is keeping videos alive is the people looking for them.

So True…… Aiight! Let’s watch the video…..

A lot of people are starting to question whether big platforms like Google and YouTube are really allowing everybody to have an equal voice online anymore. When creators speak about politics, social issues, or topics connected to MAGA, Trump, or criticism of powerful people, many feel like their content suddenly stops getting pushed the same way. Views slow down, recommendations disappear, and sometimes videos that normally would perform well seem buried.
Now, whether people call it censorship, shadow banning, or algorithm manipulation, one thing is clear: smaller creators especially feel ignored. Bigger creators may still survive because they already have millions of followers, but smaller voices can disappear overnight if the algorithm decides not to support them.
A lot of minority creators and independent creators have been talking about this for years. Many people feel like certain opinions are allowed to trend while other voices are quietly pushed into the background. That creates frustration because social media was supposed to give everybody an opportunity to speak and be heard.
At the end of the day, people are tired of feeling like giant companies control what conversations are seen online. Whether you agree politically or not, nobody wants a system where only certain voices get amplified while others struggle just to be noticed.
