I have MetroPCS as my phone company, and honestly, I feel like they are one of the worst phone companies out there. One of the biggest issues I’m having is with the cell service. When I’m out and about, especially when I drive out into the country, I find myself with little to no service at all. What makes it even more frustrating is that even when I’m in the city, the service can still be terrible. I don’t know what is going on with MetroPCS, but the service has gotten really bad for me.

Another issue I’ve noticed is with the phones. Sometimes I wonder if the phones they sell are just not that good because it seems like I can’t even have a phone for a full year before it starts acting crappy. I start getting interruptions, dropped calls, connection problems, and other issues that make the phone frustrating to use. It feels like things just keep getting worse and worse instead of better.

I’m wondering if anybody else with MetroPCS is experiencing the same thing. Are you having problems with dropped calls, poor reception, or losing service when you travel outside the city? Because honestly, it is really getting on my nerves. I want a phone company where I can actually depend on my phone to work when I need it.
