I have to be honestโ€”I was surprised by Harvey Levin’s comments on his podcast when he questioned why so many people are discussing race in the Nolan Wells case.

From my point of view, this isn’t about accusing anyone without evidence. It’s about understanding why so many people are concerned in the first place. When Harvey asked why race keeps coming up, I felt like he was overlooking the history that shapes why some communities ask those questions.

For many people, this isn’t simply about who Nolan Wells’ friends were or what school he attended. It’s about wanting to make sure every investigation is thorough, transparent, and fair. When people have seen cases in the past that they believe were mishandled or lacked transparency, they’re naturally going to ask questions when another high-profile case comes along.

That’s why I think Harvey Levin is missing the bigger picture. Whether you agree with him or not, I believe it’s important to understand why people are raising concerns instead of dismissing those concerns outright.

I’ve also noticed that some viewers have criticized TMZ’s coverage of the case, saying they believe it doesn’t always reflect the questions that many members of the public are asking. Others disagree and think TMZ is simply reporting the facts as they see them. That’s part of the debate, and people are entitled to their opinions.

At the end of the day, I don’t think asking questions is a bad thing. I think people want answers because they care about finding the truth. The focus should remain on getting all the facts and making sure Nolan Wells receives justice.

No matter where someone stands politically or personally, I think everyone should want the same thing: a complete investigation, transparency, and answers that are supported by evidence. That’s what builds public trust, and that’s what this case deserves.
