I want you to be aware that if you have been on a waiting list for Section 8, no matter where you go in the U.S., there can be long waits. We’re not talking like you had before, where it was like maybe four or five years. We’re talking now, possibly twenty years. And this is what I had an issue with. Because if you guys know, the longer you have to wait for something, then that means it’s possible that you may not get it.

Most people who are on Section 8 are much older and they’ve already retired. And not everybody is elderly on Section 8. There are some young folk on Section 8. It’s because jobs are not paying enough money for you to live, especially if you have children. And so my prayers are with you.
As I told you guys before, when I gave that prophecy that the government couldn’t save you and your money would be no good, God gave me that word. Thank you, Lord. He gave me that word, and he wanted me to put a warning out that we’re going to get into some terrible times where you will not be able to depend on the government, and no matter how much money you have, I don’t care. The rich, they will not be able to survive.
Why I Believe This Is Becoming a Bigger Issue
Section 8 is a federally funded program, and what’s happening is there is not enough money to help everybody who needs vouchers. We’re in a crisis.
When God gave me that prophecy about the government couldn’t save you and your money would be no good, I went back and did some research because I got that word in 2025. It might have been in January when I started putting out those prophecies. I could be wrong, but somewhere between January and before we got into the summer, and then in the summer heavily in 2025, is when God started telling me about the government failure, the fall of Trump, celebrities and influencers dying at higher rates. All that prophecy started coming into play, and here I am. The Lord changed my life and I am now doing the work of the Lord.
But I will say this is going to be a big issue because if you’re waiting for this federal government program, you need to be looking into some other options you have right now.
Kingdom Influence Media Is About Sharing What People Are Experiencing
I’m hearing from people. So I’m giving you this information because it’s coming to me because we do have a forum called Kingdom Influence Media. We are about fact-checking. We do not put up news that is false. We tell you the truth all the time.
We’re trying to change the game and we’re not going to be censored about what we talk about.
If you have not been to the website, please go to Kingdom Influence Media. If you have anything you want to share, we do interviews, we let you write your post, you can voice your post, and you can upload whatever you like with documentation because we love to back up what we’re talking about. And if it’s your experience, it’s your experience. You don’t have to have documentation for your personal experience.
Housing Costs Are Hurting Renters AND Property Owners
The amount of people right now today who are struggling to live and need assistance has multiplied tremendously. With everyone needing assistance for vouchers, it’s not possible to help everybody immediately.
I got into real estate because I wanted to make sure that I was able to help people who were less fortunate. When we started doing our properties, we started making sure that we were listing our properties for people to live for $700, $500 a month, and I’m talking about maybe five-bedroom, four-bedroom homes.
But the problem we have here is that it’s not possible for you to get something at that price if you don’t know someone, and landlords are asking for more money because lights, food, maintenance, water and all of this stuff is going up. If you guys know, the energy bills alone are going up. Landlords are struggling here because they’re trying to keep up with the payments of just paying their bills.
For me, it was a little bit different because I own my property. I don’t have a mortgage. Therefore, I’m only looking at property taxes and all that. Still a lot.
Here Is Another Option: Look for Affordable Housing Directly
This is the part I really want people to hear.
You do not have to sit there and do absolutely nothing while you’re waiting. You can research other housing options yourself.
Like myself, I have actually taken a bigger step. I went on certain places where I could actually post that I’m going to be giving people affordable living for an affordable price. I had to go outside and use places like Craigslist. You have to be careful with Craigslist because Craigslist is also a place where it is very hard to trust people on there. So you’ve got to do your research and make sure that whatever you’re doing is safe.
But what I realized is that you do have to go on other apps and housing websites.
One place I want you guys to research is AffordableHousing.com.
Go into your area and look and see who has their houses up for availability. There are people like myself who own property who are saying, “Hey, yeah, we can very well accommodate you.”
Sometimes, even if we know that you get a Social Security check, we’re saying, “Okay, if you have enough money to cover this, we will work with you.”
I’ve worked with people. I know a lady, I had it listed for eight. She couldn’t afford nothing but six. And I said, “Well, you know, as long as you pay on time, I know you’re getting your Social Security. I know you’re going to pay it. So boom, I’m gonna do that. We’ll have a contract.”
You have to have your own contract, but there are people who are willing to work with you because they want to get their spaces rented.
Don’t Stop at One Website
You can look at AffordableHousing.com, Airbnb, Zillow and other rental websites. You can also look for individual property owners who may be willing to work with somebody who has reliable monthly income.
Some people are also renting out rooms and taking just a little money for renting a room. That might not be ideal for everybody, but for somebody who needs somewhere safe to stay, it’s another possibility to research.
I’m not working for AffordableHousing.com. I just know that I listed my properties there and I had success with helping people who needed it.
And I think that there are people out there who are really hurting, who can barely afford to eat. Some of you guys are living in your cars waiting for a callback. And it’s depressing because our American people should be the first people that are taken care of. If anything, take care of our people.
If I had a million places, I would open up my doors to a million people. But I just don’t realistically. And for a person who owns property, it’s just as hard for us to maintain as it is for anyone to maintain.
Please Protect Yourself While Looking for Housing
I want to make this clear: do your research because every landlord is not the same.
I take pride in making sure my properties are clean, that they’re efficient and that they’re more resort style. Because I feel like even if you’re on a budget, I want everyone to feel comfortable in the home. I want you to feel just like that person who has a million dollars.
But every renter is not going to be that way.
Do your research. Check the property. Ask questions. Read your contract. Make sure you understand what you’re signing. Don’t send money to somebody just because they tell you they have a house. Make sure the person you’re dealing with actually has the authority to rent that property to you.
There Is Hope โ Look Outside of Section 8 Too
So I just want to share that with you all today. Do your research and go outside of the traditional programs because there is hope. There are programs and there are people who are willing to have you come in and give you a place.
If you’re waiting for Section 8, don’t just sit there hoping for a callback. Look at AffordableHousing.com. Look at Zillow. Research private landlords. Look at room rentals if that works for your situation. Look at other housing programs in your community.
Find out what is available to you.
This is why I wanted to give you guys this information. A lot of people are doing Social Security videos and giving you all this information, but they’re just reading off some paper saying, “Oh, this is what’s in the forecast for Social Security.”
But it’s not real talk.
What we do here on this forum is give you guys the real deal about what’s really happening so that you can see for yourself what is truly going on.
We’re going to be doing a lot more Social Security talk. I’m going to share with you guys about disability and some of the things that I see going wrong there and stuff to come. I’m going to tell you about some of the fraud that’s going on with Social Security disability and why we’re seeing these long wait times.
Keep it locked here if you like this type of informative content because normally we just come on and give you guys information. We tell you everything from what we buy, what we know, government, politics and everything. It’s about enlightening you and giving you what you need to know if you don’t know it.
We do not sugarcoat. We tell you exactly what it is.
With that said, y’all be blessed and I’ll see y’all later.
