In today’s society, the pursuit of attention has become an obsession. Social media, entertainment, and even daily interactions often revolve around being seen, praised, and validated by others. People crave likes, comments, and admiration—but in this pursuit, many neglect the deeper, eternal call: to die to self and live for God. Jesus made it clear that following Him would not be about popularity. In Matthew 16:24, He says, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.” This call to “take up the cross” isn’t just symbolic. It’s a direct command to die to the world and its approval, to reject the shallow pursuit of man’s praise and instead embrace the difficult but rewarding path of discipleship.

The truth is, we cannot seek the approval of both man and God. Galatians 1:10 makes this plain: “For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.” When we prioritize man’s reaction over God’s will, we reveal where our heart truly lies. God desires more than lip service or public displays of religion. He’s calling us into personal, intimate relationship. James 4:4 warns, “Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.” That’s a strong statement—but it shows the seriousness of the matter. We cannot love God and cling to the ways of the world.

To truly walk with God, we must be set apart. Romans 12:2 instructs us: “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” God isn’t looking for followers who blend in with the culture. He is searching for those willing to stand out, to live holy, and to seek Him above all. A personal relationship with God means knowing Him deeply, beyond just religion or tradition. It means spending time in His Word, praying sincerely, and allowing Him to mold your character. John 17:3 says, “And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.” Eternal life starts now—by knowing Him.

And one day, if we remain faithful, we will see Him again. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 promises that “the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we who are alive… will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.” So, let us fix our hearts on the eternal. Let us stop living for fleeting applause and start living for the God who gave everything for us. Only then will we know true joy, true love, and eternal reward.

People lie because there’s no good in them. They seem to do the unnecessary for no reason. God is saying he’s tired of the people who are taking advantage of his people and he really wants those who are going to be honest about everything that they do. I know it might not say much but I really appreciate your messages. It is very true that we have to understand that we have to work on ourselves and we have to be better people and that means that not leaving the same way you came to the Lord. I feel like so many pastors today they do so many things. They repurpose messages but they’re not hearing from the spirit.

When you’re doing things from the flesh it will come off to be just only your word. But God can work through a person and have that same word come out and it will save lives. God is looking for honest people and that is why I see so many false prophets today. False pastors trying to duplicate things and trying to make people believe you shouldn’t have to make people believe. It’s not about you. It’s about God. You have said this in such a wonderful way. I appreciate your word. You are truly blessed by God.

This is a word that is truly needed for this time. I really don’t understand why people can’t wake up and understand that we are talking serious business here. I pray for all the lost souls in the world because truly the messages that you are preaching are truly insightful and there is so true. They’re following all these people making up all these false narratives and they don’t realize that God is looking for the heart of man. Not about the appearance, not about your education. He wants to know who you are and people keep trying to make you believe that you have to do all these things to get to know God besides just really getting to know him. You have really touched me in so many ways with your messages.
