I honestly canโ€™t wrap my head around how people can live in this world, see all thatโ€™s going on, and still say thereโ€™s no such thing as an afterlife. You have people who swear up and down that theyโ€™ve seen spirits, heard voices, or even experienced supernatural encounters, yet when you mention God or Heaven, they immediately shut down. Theyโ€™ll say, โ€œOh, thatโ€™s just religion,โ€ or โ€œThereโ€™s no proof.โ€ But what do you think youโ€™re seeing when you talk about ghosts or โ€œenergyโ€ moving around in your house at night? If you believe in one form of spiritual presence, youโ€™re already acknowledging that thereโ€™s a world beyond this one.

The problem is that so many people want to pick and choose what to believe in. Theyโ€™ll believe in demons, bad energy, or karma, but not angels, blessings, or divine purpose. Itโ€™s like saying you believe in night but not day. If there is evil, there has to be good. If there is darkness, there has to be light. People are so comfortable accepting negativity that they canโ€™t comprehend the idea of hope or eternal life. But deep down, whether they admit it or not, every human being knows thereโ€™s more after death. That feeling you get when someone close passes away โ€” that sense that theyโ€™re still around, that their presence hasnโ€™t left โ€” thatโ€™s not just emotion. Thatโ€™s spiritual connection. Thatโ€™s evidence.

What makes it worse is that some people try to intellectualize everything. They say, โ€œIf I canโ€™t see it, itโ€™s not real.โ€ But we donโ€™t see the wind โ€” we feel it. We donโ€™t see air โ€” yet we breathe it. The human soul is invisible, but we all know itโ€™s there. Science canโ€™t measure peace, love, or conscience, yet we experience those things daily. The same way you know youโ€™re alive right now without needing to prove it on paper, thatโ€™s the same knowing that exists when it comes to the afterlife. Itโ€™s written in your spirit.

I also think a lot of the disbelief comes from fear. If people admit thereโ€™s an afterlife, then they have to acknowledge accountability โ€” that their choices, words, and actions on earth matter. Itโ€™s easier for them to believe that when you die, everything ends. That way, they donโ€™t have to face the idea of judgment or eternity. But hereโ€™s the truth: denial doesnโ€™t change reality. You can say the sky isnโ€™t blue all day long, but that doesnโ€™t stop it from being blue. Just because someone doesnโ€™t believe in God doesnโ€™t make Him any less real.

The Bible makes it clear that Jesus lived, died, and rose again. Historical records even support His existence. So, for people to still doubt the afterlife when thereโ€™s living proof that death was conquered โ€” itโ€™s mind-blowing. People worship celebrities and energy crystals but wonโ€™t acknowledge the Creator of the very energy they claim to feel. Theyโ€™ll thank โ€œthe universeโ€ but wonโ€™t thank the One who made it. Thatโ€™s where society is lost.

At the end of the day, it all comes down to faith. Faith doesnโ€™t need to see; it knows. And when youโ€™ve ever felt peace that you canโ€™t explain, comfort during grief, or protection when you didnโ€™t even pray for it โ€” thatโ€™s not coincidence. Thatโ€™s God. Thatโ€™s proof of something beyond this world. And one day, whether people want to believe it or not, every soul will see that this life was just a doorway. The afterlife isnโ€™t a myth โ€” itโ€™s the reality that awaits us all.
