I am writing to formally express my concerns and dissatisfaction following a recent stay at the Quality Inn Tropicana located at 1400 34th Street N, Saint Petersburg, Florida.

During my stay, I encountered a significant issue in the bathroom of my hotel room, where mold was visibly present in and around the lighting fixtures. The presence of mold is not only unsightly but raises serious health concerns, particularly for individuals with allergies or respiratory issues.

In response to this issue, I contacted the local health department to report the conditions. It is disheartening that I was only offered a 30% discount as compensation for the inconvenience and potential health risks involved.

I want to ensure that other visitors are aware of this issue before booking their stay at this location. As a consumer, I expect clean and safe accommodations, and I hope the management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the mold problem promptly.

To substantiate my complaint, I have videos documenting the presence of mold, which I’m willing to share if needed.

I urge the Quality Inn management to conduct a thorough inspection and take immediate remedial actions to prevent future occurrences of such problems.
