I never thought I’d be writing something like this, but here I am trying to make sense of something that honestly feels unfair, frustrating, and deeply disappointing. While I was in the hospital, dealing with my health and trying to recover, my entire YouTube channel was deleted. Just like that. No warning. No clear explanation. No chance to defend myself. Nothing.

Imagine putting your time, your creativity, your voice, and your energy into something you’ve built from the ground up only for it to disappear overnight while you’re physically unable to even respond. That’s exactly what happened to me. What makes this even worse is the silence. YouTube didn’t give me a real reason. No detailed email. No clear violation breakdown. Just a generic response that leaves you with more questions than answers. How are creators supposed to learn, grow, or correct anything if we’re not even told what we did wrong?

And let’s be real — I’m not the only one. This is happening to creators everywhere. People wake up and their channels are gone. Years of work erased. Communities destroyed. Income streams cut off. And the worst part? There’s little to no accountability. It feels like creators are disposable — like we don’t matter once something goes wrong on their end. But what really hurts is the timing.

I was already in a vulnerable place, in the hospital, focusing on my health… and then this happens behind the scenes without me even knowing. I didn’t even get the chance to respond or appeal in real time because I wasn’t in a position to. That’s not just frustrating it feels wrong. Creators deserve transparency. We deserve communication. We deserve a fair chance.

I’m sharing this not just to vent, but to bring awareness. If it happened to me, it can happen to anyone. No matter how careful you are, no matter how much effort you put in you’re still at risk of losing everything without warning. That’s a problem. So now I’m left rebuilding, regrouping, and trying to figure out what’s next. But one thing I won’t do is stay silent about it.

If you’re a creator, protect your content. Back up your work. Build outside of one platform. Because at the end of the day, we don’t control these platforms and situations like this prove just how quickly everything can be taken away. And to YouTube… creators deserve better.
