A lot of these companies really do not care about their workers the way they act like they do. They work people hard for years and years, make millions off these workers backs, then one day just shut everything down and leave families stressed out trying to survive 😡. That’s what makes people mad. It’s not just about losing a job, it’s the disrespect after people gave so much of their life to that company.

I know people that worked at Goodyear tired, sore, missing family events, holidays, birthdays, all just to make sure bills got paid. Some of them been loyal for 15-20 years just to get hit with this news. That’s cold. 💔 And then they wonder why people don’t trust these companies anymore.

The economy already bad enough. Food high, rent high, gas high, everything high. Now people gotta worry about unemployment too? It’s sad honestly. Fayetteville gonna feel this hard because Goodyear was a big part of that city. Praying for all the workers and families affected because this situation is terrible 🙏🏽
