God ministered something powerful to me today. He said, āItās okay to be lost, because thatās how I found you.ā That hit me deep, because we live in a world that makes you feel ashamed for not having it all together. But the truth is ā being lost doesnāt mean youāre hopeless. Sometimes it means youāre in position for God to show up and guide you home.
See, God is the Perfector of building. He takes whatās broken and builds it better than before. Just because someone had a bad start doesnāt mean thatās how itās going to end. You might have grown up in pain, confusion, or sin, but thatās not your final story. God specializes in taking what looks ruined and turning it into something beautiful.
Heās like a master carpenter ā every flaw, every crack, every uneven edge, He sees it all. But instead of throwing you away, He says, āLet Me fix it.ā Just like a piece of furniture thatās been scratched and worn, He sands us down, polishes our hearts, and strengthens our foundation. We go through the process not because Heās punishing us, but because Heās perfecting us.
Sometimes that fixing hurts. Sometimes itās lonely. But if we let Him work, the same God who found us in our lostness will raise us in His likeness. You are not too far gone. You are not too broken. You are exactly where He can reach you.
So, if youāre lost right now ā itās okay. Thatās how He found all of us. And when Heās done rebuilding you, the same people who thought you were finished will have to look again. Because when God builds something, it lasts.
